What? Automatically scale applications up or down based on real traffic. When your app gets busy, we add more resources. When it's quiet, we scale back down to save costs.
Why? Applications get more or less traffic throughout the day. Right now, users have to manually adjust resources, which wastes money when traffic is low or causes slowdowns when traffic is high.
