Ploi Cloud has an option to write backups to R2/S3.
It would be useful if this showed the status of recent writes to backup, as with PCs own backups above.
And in particular it's important that an alert is raised if the write of a backup to S3/R2 fails.
A notificaiton will now be sent and additional safety checks have been added!
