# Make tailscale tag:ploicloud optional

Hi Ploi Cloud,

Can you make the advertised tag:ploicloud optional? When you use your own hosted headscale, the tag is already assigned to the preauthkey and advertising-tags is rejected by design for keys without user. More info in the following pull request: https://github.com/juanfont/headscale/pull/2992, more specifically the TestTagsAuthKeyWithoutUserRejectsAdvertisedTags test.
